The Agreement
*
At Peachy Pups, you as the client, and myself as the service provider, agree to a basic written contract. It includes my obligations, responsibilities, and liabilities to you and your pet/s, and yours to me, my family and home. It's important that in the unlikely anything goes awry it offers protection for both parties.
*
The agreement is very straightforward and flexible. You are able to add to, or change, any clause within to suit your requirements, where reasonable.
*
As a first-time client usually there will only be one booking at a time. This is to ensure that your pup gets to know me, my dog, and home, and I get to observe your dog's behaviour. This may not apply for subsequent bookings, or during peak periods (boarding services are in high demand during school holidays/Dec/Jan). However, I can assure that I would only accept more than one client at a time if other parties are repeat clients, and if I feel confident that all dogs will be compatible. I suggest that should you require boarding over the Xmas/NY season we arrange a short stay beforehand.
*
I will always do my very best to adhere to your instructions, but do keep in mind that your pup will be staying in my home, therefore, he/she/they will have to adapt to my routine to a certain extent. Your dog's health and safety is of paramount importance. However, we must acknowledge that dogs will be dogs, and sometimes they do silly and inappropriate things, despite our best intentions.
